Welcome to Rizzy!These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rizzy app ("App"), provided by Rizzy AI. By installing the App and clicking "Accept," you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Licence Rizzy AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the App's documentation.
2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions 2.1 Subscription Options - The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription
options:
Weekly Subscription: £4.99 per week
Monthly Subscription: £19.99 per month
2.2 Renewal - Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.3 Cancellation - You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App. Please note that you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.
2.4 Free Trial - If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Changes to Terms and Subscription Fees Rizzy AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and subscription fees at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App or any other method of communication Rizzy AI chooses. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your consent to those changes.
4. No Refunds Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by law.By using Rizzy, you agree to these terms.
